Hey friends! It’s been a minute but I’m back and finally have wifi to post a life update!

For those of you who don’t know, I moved to Costa Rica! After our long travel day lugging our 50lb. backpacks from Atlanta to San José, we arrived at our new home. We will be here for the next 3 months, and then we’ll be off to another country (tbd). While we’re here we will be serving with “The Hope Project” (knows as Til’ He Returns in the states). We spent the last week in orientation learning how to have a long term impact on people’s lives rather than a surface level relationship. We will be partnering with them to get people back on their feet. They provide pregnancy classes, business classes, art classes, dance classes, and child care. The next week will be spent doing more orientation before we dive into the hard stuff. *I’ll have a more detailed blog when we have more information about our specific ministry.*

I also have some exciting news… I’m FULLY FUNDED! It’s been over a year of intense fundraising and I’m so excited to announce I’ve met the last deadline. Words can’t describe how thankful I am. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much to whoever is reading this. Every prayer, word of encouragement, comment, donation. It means the world to me to have such amazing people in my life supporting these crazy plans the Lord has for me. This fundraising process has taught me so much… God is so powerful. Nothing is impossible with Him. As us racers say, “God’s will, God’s bill”.

God bless!

  1. “God’s will, God’s bill” I like that saying. Agreed. Nothing is impossible with God. Where He calls you, He will equip you. I am so excited that you have seen the Lord’s faithfulness in financial provision and looking forward to hearing more of what He will do in Costa Rica. Luvya

  2. Very exciting! God is using you and your team in a big way.
Wed are all so excited to see all the fruits of all your faith.
